Contemporary new build in Mayfair

Work has begun on-site for our new gallery and apartment building in Mayfair, London. With the demolition of the existing building nearing completion, the underpinning sequence for the new subterranean gallery levels is already underway. The building is scheduled for completion in 2020.

Mews House

Tucked away in the quiet back streets of Marylebone,  this Victorian mews is undergoing a full refurbishment with the addition of a new roof extension. To maximise the available space for storage, a new pivoting staircase element has been designed with counterweights concealing bicycle storage within.

Artist Studios table

We have been commissioned to make a table out of ancient petrified wood for the Artist Studios in Chelsea, our project which is currently on site and due for completion early next year. We traveled to Croatia to carefully select this precious material and to ensure that every step of the process is well-considered.  

Contemporary new build in Mayfair

We are thrilled to have been appointed to design a new mixed-use contemporary art gallery and residential building in the heart of Mayfair, London.

Neolithic at the Royal Salute Coronation Cup

Neolithic once again graced the stage this time at The Coronation Cup polo at Windsor Park the oldest team sport in history.  The bar made from 8000 year old oak was a focal feature at this prestigious event sponsored by our collaborators at Royal Salute with HRH Prince Charles in attendance.

New Studio, King’s Cross

The first stage of the King’s Cross development is now almost complete and we have moved into our brand new offices. Our new address is: 7b St Pancras Way, London, NW1 0PB.

Artist Studios, Chelsea

Strip out and demolitions have commenced and excavations are underway at the Artist Studios on Tite Street. We are on schedule to complete early next year.

Stripping out at King’s Cross

Work has now started on site at the house and studio development at King’s Cross. It’s great to see it finally being stripped out and taken back to the original black and white painted brick walls which has revealed cast iron brackets where the stall dividers would have been when it was formerly used as
